April 2024 saw a change in Management of the Festive Fete, with Jamie and Wayne taking over the reigns. We are looking forward to our first Fete in November and look forward to meeting the vendors and guests. We thank Anthea and the team that came before us , and we hope to only add to the experience.

How it began
From a spur of the moment idea in 2011 to our thirteenth year of the Festive Féte, we always have a ball bringing you all The Premiere Central Otago Christmas Shopping Experience
When the call came to say that the Queensberry Féte was to be no more, Anthea was straight on the phone to a friend to say "we are going to put on a Féte". After years of attending events and shows as a stallholder, Anthea had the insider knowledge of how to make it work. And Claire was the perfect partner in crime to create the Festive Féte.
Claire moved away from the Festive Féte after about three years, and Anthea has been creating it, single-handedly since!
There is also a team of amazing women, who have been with the Festive Féte from the very first event. They are the lovely ladies in the spotty tops who help decorate & set up, direct stallholders, answer questions, run the EFTPOS and a multitude of other things for which we are always grateful.
Not forgetting the community groups that provide essential services on the day as part of their fundraising efforts. We love them so!
