The Festive Féte is an established event held in sunny Central Otago.
Please be sure to read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly before submitting your application.
Payment is required when registering. All site fees include GST
Stall holders will receive:
-Free morning tea- bring your own cup
-Support with set-up and break-down of stalls if required
-Advertising for the Festive Féte Event
-Wonderful live entertainment
If you require more for people coming it to help you after 9:30am, they will need to pay at the gate. Please contact us for more information
Using our new website, you can pre-book all your requirements including:
-Power to your site
-Trestle tables
Sites are all 3m x 3m. Limited numbers of 3m x 6m or 3m x 9m sites are available. We suggest some form of shade for your site as the Central Otago sun is fierce. Be sure to have rope to tie it down within your allotted space.
Payment on registration is required. Registration does not mean automatic acceptance. If you are not accepted then you will receive a full refund. Please see T & C's. There is a $50 non-refundable administration fee included in the price of a site. The fee will be refunded if you are not accepted.
Registration closes October 10, 2024 and stallholders will be notified of acceptance status in mid October.
If you are a food vendor, you are responsible for your own certificates etc. Also if you have a trailer type stall, please be accurate with the size site you purchase. Space is tight in the food court area. If you pay for a 3 x 3 m site you will get just that. If your trailer is more than 3m long you MUST book a larger site. You must also take care of all the required paperwork and permits to sell food.
